How do I confirm my order?

Why do you call me to confirm my order?

In order to serve you best and avoid any inconsistency in your order, we are contacting you to check on the requested product and quantity as well as the correct delivery address and payment method. In short, it helps us deliver orders to your doorstep faster and more reliably.

Can I combine different orders I made on your website?

If several orders have been placed on the same day and using the 'Cash On Delivery' payment method, orders can be combined for delivery. Condition being that the total amount is less than $500 and that we have not yet stated processing the items.

Can I get a discount if I order large quantities?

Since all our items are already sold at fantastically low prices, we cannot offer additional discounts even for larger quantities.

How long does each sales campaign last?

All our exclusive campaigns are limited to 10 days. In some cases such as for stock campaigns or flash sales, campaign durations may vary. Keep track of the campaign duration by checking the countdown timer next to each campaign on our website.

Can I see the items somewhere? Do you have showrooms?

As an online shopping community we don’t have showrooms as we request the items from the supplier after your purchase. You can be assured that our website will give you extensive item descriptions. How long does it take to for my order to get delivered?

Your order should be delivered to your doorstep within 3 working days from the order confirmation date. To avoid any controllable delays, please make sure to put complete address details and contact numbers when placing your order so we can deliver without a hitch.

How are my orders delivered?

To ensure complete convenience, we have contracted internationally renowned shipping/delivery company, Aramex who will be pleased to deliver your order to your doorstep or any alternative delivery address in Lebanon.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Each order has its own shipping address. Simply fill in your preferred shipping address details when placing the order.

Are all delivery charges, taxes, customs clearance and import duties included in the item price?

All prices stated at the end of our order process are final, and include all other fees.

I will be out of country on the planned delivery date. Can you hold my order?

We can hold your order at our warehouse for up to two weeks. Please inform us as soon as possible so we can schedule a later delivery date at your convenience. Alternatively you can designate any other person to accept the delivery on your behalf. Make sure to give us all necessary details to ensure a smooth process.

Unfortunately this is not possible at the moment. However we give you the privilege of returning your items during 2 days from the date of reception. Please note that certain items are not eligible for return.
